Deep pink star-shaped flowers grow in large clusters from late summer to mid fall and develop into rusty brown seed heads with good winter interest. Green leaves have golden edges that fade to a subtle cream colour. Elsie Gold is the perfect plant for the front of the border and mass planting, excellent for bouquets and cutting gardens.
