If your internet connection is at 38.4K or lower, it may take longer for your order to be processed after you have clicked on the blue “Submit Order” button at the bottom of the final checkout page. Only click the button once--double-clicking may result in duplicate orders. Once your order has been processed, you will receive an order confirmation email within 24 hours.
