Conqueror delivers large, sky-blue flowers with darker veining just before the rest of your garden goes dormant. These beauties prefer a sunny to partly shaded location. Although they can grow in more shaded areas, they stay more compact in sun. Conqueror makes a lovely addition to rock gardens, borders and the base of deciduous shrubs and trees. They also work well when planted below low-growing ground covers such as carpet phlox, bugleweed (Ajuga) and vinca.
