Discovered by breeder Frances Williams in the mid-1930s, this Japanese native has been one of the most popular hosta cultivars ever since. It's a clump-forming perennial that grows to about 55 cm tall and about twice as wide, producing huge, blue-green leaves with chartreuse to yellow margins. Try growing it in a container.
