Enjoy tasty rhubarb pies, jams, wine, and more with this high-yielding variety. Glaskin's Perpetual is a heavy producer of sweet, vibrant red stalks over a long harvest season. From April to October, it offers up its juicy, somewhat shorter stems for you to process into your favourite dishes. Its moderate height leads to a sweeter flavour than many other varieties. Plus, a low concentration of oxalic acid makes Glaskin's Perpetual a healthier option than some others on the market.
