This popular, award-winning plant is prized for its enduring display of deep violetblue flower spikes. They bloom for weeks and will flower even longer when faded spikes are removed. This speedwell forms a bushy clump of crinkled, dark green leaves. Performs well in mixed containers or grow a few extra for snipping—it makes an excellent cut flower. Butterflies are attracted to this 1993 Perennial Plant of the Year.
