Uniquely shaped flowers are excellent naturalizers
These tall, showy flowers, which are native to eastern North America, look lovely in cottage gardens and in back of borders. Because Turk's cap lilies perform best in moist, well-drained soil, they are often grown near ponds or streams. They are also excellent naturalizers.
This collection includes three each of the following three varieties:

  • Lady Alice:Thick stems grow to 150 cm tall, each one supporting up to 20 flowers when grown from established bulbs. Recurved petals are pure white with yellow-orange centres and raised, dark red spots.

  • Black Beauty:Flowers are showy red with crimson speckles and white edges. Deeply reflexed petals cause its elegant anthers to protrude and showcase its green, star-shaped centre. Winner of the RHS Award of Merit.

  • Henryi:Nodding, colourful flowers measuring 5 cm across open in clusters of 10–20. Light orange blooms have maroon speckles, dark orange anthers and sharply recurved petals. Sometimes called Henry's Lily. An Award of Garden Merit Winner.
