Also known as the hoop skirt daffodil, this fragrant award winner whirls and twirls through gardens and borders for weeks and weeks. Although Arctic Bells looks delicate, this is only an illusion that belies its hardy, tough-asnails nature. It naturalizes readily, reproducing an abundance of lovely, creamy blooms.
