Delicate in appearance but strong in actuality!
Thick stems grow to 150 cm tall and each supports up to 20 flowers when grown from established bulbs. It may take a year to see that many blooms, so be patient! Recurved petals are pure white with yellow-orange centres and raised, maroon spots. The flowers, which measure 18 cm across, have a very light, sweet fragrance in hot and dry weather. A vigorous grower that does best in neutral to alkaline soils.
