This older, well-branched selection of sedum, also known as stonecrop, adds tremendous visual interest to the landscape during late summer and early fall. Besides its numerous, colourful blooms, its green, succulentstyle leaves develop a hint of red during summer. This sun-loving sedum is drought tolerant and unappetizing to grazing deer. Butterflies and other pollinators swarm to the blooms, which make nice cut flowers.
