Delicious fried, baked or mashed, this russet-type variety is an excellent choice for nearly any recipe or application. Burbank produces plenty of white-fleshed, large potatoes that are harvested late in the season, and are certified as disease-free and true to type. You'll get good, heavy yields of these dependable spuds in cooler regions—they are not recommended for hot climates. An exceptional storage variety, too. Our best-selling late variety!
