A popular choice for nearly two centuries, Victoria has become the go-to variety for commercial rhubarb growers. Reliable and hardy, it produces thick, tender stalks with a pleasingly tart taste. The stems are broad with a streak of crimson on the inside. Victoria offers heavy, midsummer yields—plenty for you to process for later, and use in your favourite recipes. Tangy and flavourful, it makes delicious jams, pies or crumbles.
