An ideal growing companion for astilbes, hostas and other shade-loving plants, Solomon's Seal adds a special touch to woodland gardens. Its white, bell-shaped, pendant flowers measure 2 cm across. They dangle from two rows on arched, unbranched stems that grow in a mounded habit. Green leaves up to 10 cm long turn an attractive yellow in autumn.
