Great Expectations Lily Tree® Collection

Plants reach up to 250 cm tall by year 3!
Breck's Lily Trees are the breathtaking result of years of careful breeding. These hybrids will amaze you with massive, upward-facing flowers flaunting a delicate fragrance and providing you with exceptional reliability. Their incredibly sturdy stems grow 90-120 cm tall in their first year and can reach a towering 250 cm in just three years! This rapid growth comes in part from the Lily Tree's unique ability to offshoot new stems from a single bulb. It's almost like planting a lily flower shrub!
Carefree and easy to grow, Lily Trees are ideal for planting at the back of borders or the corner of beds where their massive height can be fully appreciated. They are excellent visual anchors that will help define your landscape. Bright green foliage forms a magnificent backdrop for other lilies as well as other perennials.

This collection includes three bulbs each of the following six varieties:
  • Conca d'Or: Bright lemon-yellow lilies lighten to a creamy, buttery hue at the tips—a subtle yet sophisticated colouration in a sunny garden space!

  • Friso: The outward-facing, trumpet-shaped, 7½" blooms have waxy petals that are coloured an elegant raspberry red with white tips.

  • Olympic Torch: Pink, upward-facing blooms appear in abundance, opening to reveal deep red flames and vibrant yellow throats.

  • Pretty Woman: Spectacular, pure white blooms of impressive size start out pale yellow with a soft pink rim. Makes a lovely addition to any landscape.

  • Red Morning: Bronze blooms edged in yellow-orange arrive in mid to late summer to warm up your garden.

  • Sensi: The trumpet blooms feature a spark of bright red that darkens to a smouldering blackish red at the edges, and this colour will not fade in the sun.
